2. What is provided — and what is not
TrustBrick provides administrative information-management and workflow resources: software for organising property records and operating tasks, and downloadable templates and guides.
TrustBrick does not provide, and nothing on this platform should be read as:
- legal advice, title verification, or any opinion on ownership, encumbrance or marketability;
- property valuation;
- tax advice;
- investment advice or any recommendation to buy or sell;
- lending, credit or brokerage of finance;
- escrow or the holding of client funds;
- KYC or identity certification;
- any other regulated financial service.
Checklists and indexes produced with these resources are administrative records. They are not proof of title and not a legal verification. Independent professional advice remains your responsibility.
3. Property listings
Listing details are supplied by the party listing the property. TrustBrick does not independently verify listing content, title, approvals or registration status, and does not warrant that any listing is accurate, current or available. Verify everything independently before acting.
4. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential. Elevated roles (administrator, enterprise) are granted by an administrator and cannot be self-selected. We may suspend an account that is used to abuse the platform or other users.
5. Licence to use the resources
Purchasing a resource grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for the scope stated on that product's page. Some products state a commercial-use or team-size scope; where they do, that stated scope governs. You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute a resource, or remove attribution from it.
6. Orders and access
Access to a digital resource is released to your account once the order reaches a paid state. Because resources are delivered digitally and immediately, orders are generally not refundable once access has been released, except where required by law or where the resource was not delivered. Refund requests are handled through the order record.
This installation runs the simulated payment provider. Orders placed here are demonstrations: no payment is taken and no money moves.
7. Records you create
You keep ownership of the records and files you enter. You grant TrustBrick only the permission needed to store, process and display them back to you and to anyone you have deliberately shared them with through a platform feature.
8. Availability
The platform is provided on an "as available" basis. We aim to keep it running and to keep your records safe, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Keep your own copies of anything critical.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Trust Brick Realty Fintech Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions taken on the basis of information organised using these resources. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
