Property Transaction Toolkit

Coordinate a sale, purchase or transfer.

Buyer Seller Owner

Overview

A property transaction involves a buyer, a seller, one or two brokers, a bank, a lawyer and a registration office — and it usually runs on phone calls that nobody writes down.

This toolkit is the coordination layer. It holds the party directory with everyone's role and contact, the document checklist for the transaction, the payment milestone schedule against what has actually been paid, the condition list that has to clear before completion, and a registration day plan covering what to bring and who must attend.

It does not replace your lawyer. It means your lawyer is not the one chasing a missing society no-dues certificate.

What you end up with: A transaction where everyone can see what is outstanding and who owns it.

Questions about this product

No, and it is not intended to. It organises the transaction around your lawyer so their time goes on legal judgement rather than on coordination and chasing.

No. TrustBrick provides no escrow, lending or payment service. The toolkit records the milestone schedule and what was paid; money moves directly between the parties and their banks.

Yes. The party directory, document list and post-completion tasks apply equally to a transfer; the payment milestone sheet is simply left unused.
