1. Everything here is delivered digitally
TrustBrick sells digital resources: workbook and document templates, guides, and access to the matching consoles on this site. Nothing physical is shipped, no courier is involved and no delivery address is needed. There are no shipping, handling or delivery charges — the amount shown at checkout is the whole amount you pay.
2. How your order is delivered
Delivery happens inside your account. Once an order reaches a paid state:
- the files it covers are released to My products, where they stay available for repeat download;
- any console the product unlocks becomes available to your account;
- the order record lists what was released against it.
3. When it arrives
Immediately. The release is triggered by the payment confirmation itself, so in the normal case your files are on the account by the time the confirmation page finishes loading.
If your bank routes the payment through an extra verification step, the order stays unpaid until the provider confirms it. That confirmation usually arrives within minutes; a slow bank can take up to 24 hours. Access is released as soon as it lands, and you do not need to place the order again in the meantime.
4. What you need to receive an order
A TrustBrick account and an email address you can read. Files are served only to the signed-in account that placed the order, so order from the account you intend to use the resources from. A licence is granted to that account and is not transferable between accounts.
5. If nothing arrives
Sign in and open Orders first. If the order shows as paid, the files are on My products even if the confirmation email never reached you. If the order shows as paid and the files are not there, write to hr@trustbrick.co.in with the order reference and we will release them by hand. A paid order whose resource we cannot deliver is refunded in full — see the Refund and Cancellation policy.
6. Where we deliver
Anywhere with an internet connection. Because there is no physical shipment there are no serviceable-area limits, no customs, duties or import charges, and no delays in transit. Orders are priced and charged in Indian Rupees (INR).
